    Love this place. Excellent food and great coffee. I find a reason to lunch or breakfast here at least once per week. Particularly great when the goodies are just out of the oven and still warm. Plenty to choose from for the vegan or vegetarian diet. The staff are wonderful. The Soy Chai Latte made on leaves is great when you've already had too many coffees for the day. The Spelt Sandwich toasted and Mushroom Arancini are personal favourites. The ever-changing frittatas are pretty good as well - compliments to the chef!

    The outdoor garden area is great at this time of year and during winter for a little sunshine. If you can't walk or ride your push bike, parking is usually aplenty during the week on Hardgrave Road, a little tricky on Saturday mornings because of the close proximity to the West End Markets. Mick's Nuts is directly across the street, so you can collect more goodies to take home.
