Ignored when we walked in. Waited 1 hour 20 mins for main, in that time other tables which had arrived with us, ate and left. Enquired where the food was and waitress did not come back. Food arrived enjoy! But no cutlery! Food was bland not a hint of seasoning, Mexican and no chillie. OH yes and the smallest Buffalo wings this side of the Rio Grande. Was annoyed to pay the bill, average service, average food, voting with my feet, will not be going back.

Rosalie. First visit, great food and service. 2nd visit, absolutely the worst service and the food was cold and bland. Very very disappointing. We won't be back.

Rosa Mexicano, Kenmore 4/12/11. Food and ambience very good, but our order was 'lost' and had to be retaken after nearly an hour of waiting. An apology was given but a complimentary drink or dessert would have been a nice gesture. Andrew, Pullenvale.

Had a wonderful experience at Rosa Mexicano in Kenmore. The staff were all very friendly, helpfull and professional. The food was some of the best mexican I have eaten and was served within 15min of us (table of 10) ordering. Even the Manager himself was involved in the very friendly and personal service and had a sense of humor as well. I have noticed a couple of people have said some negative things about this restaurant, I believe these to be a couple of sour grapes wanting to spoil what is sure to become Kenmore's best restaurant. Well done Kenmore Rosa Mexicano, keep up the great work. I will be back regularly and I'll be bringing more people with me!
