When reading reviews I always take into consideration the fact that competitors could have written them. Well I have to say that after dining at Rosa's I have now experienced first hand the rudeness that the other reviewers complained about. I can't believe that this guy still has a job, talk about rude and condescending. Sorry mate but my friends and I won't be back. And the food isn't anything to write home about.

We booked a week in advance for 12 people. The group arrived at 7.30 pm to find a table for 10 with bench seats. We squeezed two more on to the benches so it was not comfortable. We ordered drinks but they did not come until a waiter was chased up.
We ordered food and the last person's plate finally arrived in front of them at 9.30. That is 2 hours after we arrived. Everyone else had eaten as their food arrived and it was about 15 minute’s difference between the first person’s plate and the last. It would appear that the kitchen cannot cater for the number of seats in the restaurant when it is full.
The food was standard Mexican fair and reasonably good although I had filled up so much on drinks waiting for 2 hours that I was not hungry by the time my meal appeared.

Horrible service, rude management and possibly the worst mexican food in Brisbane. Booked for 6 people 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the booking the day before only to be told that there was no table for us when we arrived. Opted to wait the 30 minutes for a table to be available. Never bought menus to us had to fetch them ourselves, drinks that were ordered failed to turn up, wrong meals brought to the table after waiting for 45 minutes had to wait a further 30 minutes for the correct meals to arrive.
No apologies from either staff or management and when we spoke to the senior staff he was rude and suggested we dine elsewhere in future if we were not happy. I'm sorry but if you fail to provide the most basic service to diners then you will find that all your customers will be dining elsewhere which is exactly what we intend to do.
