Food at Red Chilli Thai just gets better every time we go. You have to try their pawpaw salad and crispy pork. You will not want to share this one.

Terrible service, the first time we tried to order walked out because the girl could not understand or communicate in english and tried to charge an extra $10 for coconut rice. The second time we ordered food, which was barely passable as Thai and again the service was terrible. There was no trace/hint of coconut in the coconut rice and there was not one cashew in the cashew chicken, the beef in the curry was horribly dry! When you can out cook the apparent Thai chef then you know not to bother going there again, I only give the food a two because they used actual meat!

Great value, excellent food, fresh and well presented. The plate sizing is very generous and the staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a wide variety of food choices from mild to extremely hot. Easily the best restaurant in the Forest Lake area. Only negative comment is, perhaps, the ambience if you are looking for a more romantic setting, but for a shopping centre restaurant it is quite good with both indoor and outdoor dining and a casual feel. You always get the feeling you're welcome. Having a meal here is money well spent.

We live in Forest Lake and are here for takeaway dinner every other week. The food is delicious and the service is fabulous. Do yourself a favour and try the yellow chicken curry and the garlic pepper chicken.

I have been here a few times. Food is always fantastic, fresh and full of flavour and served hot and fresh. The ambience could be better but is still ok for a shopping centre restaurant - perhaps on the lake with a view may do wonders for this as the food is just wonderful.

Service is mostly ok, have had a couple of unfriendly staff throughout our numerous visits. Value for money - sure is. You leave this place with satisfied tastebuds and a bill that won't cause you any heartburn. Since you can't easily re-locate this restaurant the only thing I think that needs improving is the service and by that I mean the friendliness. Other than that this is a great place for a good Thai meal. Compliments to the chef!

It is a damn shame about the location, but the quality of the food is amazing, this would have to be the second best Thai food I have ever had, with a large range of food available for those who do not appreciate the hotter flavours, this has quickly become my favourite lunch time restaurant.

Service and staff are efficient and friendly, meals are good value. A 10% discount is given for cash payment on take away orders. Always busy on Fri, Sat and Sunday nights, book ahead.
