Quite a list of complaints: Extremely long wait for food at dinner despite not being busy. Staff ignored requests to turn down heaters. The pasta ordered had literally 3 olives and 3 forkfuls of pasta hidden under dry, tasteless leaves supposedly the 'salad' - Overall quantity excessively disappointing for $28!
Was overcharged from menu prices ($26), if this is an automated system, then probably everyone else has been too.
A perfect example of a so-called 'classy' restaurant relying on it's 'classy' reputation to make a mockery out of diners.

Not the cheapest place to eat for dinner. Service was hit and miss. Chips cold. Food took ages to arrive despite restaurant not being busy. Several requests to get a heater turned on. Toilets are ages away from the restaurant and inconvenient.
Food was good. Seafood plate was fresh and tasty. Waiter topped up water and another waitress asked how the meals were. A little bit more polish and this place could be awesome and able to warrant what they charge for food.

Went in my lunch break, took 40 minutes to get the food so had to scarf it down. I ordered the chicken burger, needed more sauce! And mayo. But the chips were delicious. Turkish bread entree was yummy and filling.

This place used to be okay, service used to be great but seems to have had a turnover in staff who are no where near as friendly. I had a meal there and was quite disgusted at the portion size. For $25 I received a bowl of tofu curry with lots of gravy, could have passed for being a bowl of soup (nonetheless, it were tasty)! the rice I received couldn't have been more than a quarter of a cup! Ridiculously out of proportion to each other. I ordered fries to fill me up a bit more. When the waitress asked me how everything was, I didn't hesitate to let her know my thoughts. Her response caused me to believe she either didn't quite understand what I had said or she felt really awkward about it. she responded with "oh, so how were the fries?". That said, they had live music there which added so much to the restaurant. the band was incredible. I don't think the restaurant would have been as busy if it weren't for the band. But quite frankly, next time I think I'd prefer to eat elsewhere at southbank then stand over the road to listen to their band!

I was very disapointed with the dinner they delivered. The egg ravioli was bland, the Snapper arrived cold and did not appear to be fresh and the fries arrived with a scoop of shop bought mayo. This place is definitely overpriced. Don't waste your money - there are many other places to visit here so avoid it and try somewhere else.

Breads over ok nothing special and over price. Kids dinner main good. Risotto ok, Barramundi over cooked, over salted over priced, complained got a replacement, fish not quite so over cooked 2nd time. Side of green vegs, cold, week old beans with burnt nuts on top.
Service was good, pity about the fish. Also did receive a discount because I complained, still would not recommend.

I don't mind paying $16 for a steak sandwich, but one with just lettuce, tomato, raw spanish onion and a bit of mayo, with no chips or salad on the side is not worth that price. There wasn't even caramelised onions! And having to wait 40 minutes for it when the restaurant was only half full was a waste of my time. My friends pasta dish arrived luke warm, as it sat there waiting for other 2 sandwiches to be prepared. The table that arrived and ordered later than us got their cooked orders first.
There was no service at all. It was a disappointing dining experience. I would recommend people to go there if they have time and money to waste. Any other places in Brisbane or the South Bank is better than this.

Very slow and inattentive service. Piri Piri Chicken was dry and bland, Crispy Salmon, Pork Chop and Barramundi were good. All was overpriced for the quantity and quality.

Best Cocktails in Southbank easily! Loved the food although the service was a little slow but the waiter was very helpful. We will be visiting again shortly!
