I've gone a few times, generally before a football match. The pub itself is huge and often raucous. The menu is large, I've had pizzas, snacks and the mezze plate and all were quite could (I haven't braved the expensive steaks). The most notable thing is the plethora of TVs, once I could view from my seat 4 TVs directly and 3 TVs in reflections, showing 5 different football matches between them.

Easily the worse steak I have ever had in Brisbane and that includes my mums overdone rumps. I had dinner here last Friday night and let me tell you not only was the steak overdone but was also just a terrible cut as well. I didn't even finish eating it, it was that bad and I never leave an empty plate. I went to the Pineapple a few years ago and also had a bad steak but put it down to being hungover but I think I was wrong back then. For the price you pay I would recommend noboby to go to dinner here, there are plenty of better steaks on offer all over brisbane.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming on a Thursday night we had the $10 rump, it was cooked perfectly, came with chips and salad, nothing to complain about would definitely eat here again.

Bartender spilt a drink on me as soon as we got there, staff were all rude and clearly didn't want to be there, security were quiet aggressive to patrons who were only having a good time and not causing trouble, food was average but expensive. Won't be returning.

The public bar is great, but the steakhouse is overpriced and quite frankly of a pretty poor standard given the quality of meat they are dealing with. Certainly better places to get a steak at a similar price in and around Brisbane.

I can't complain, the fish was cooked well, the steaks were superb, I think it is better not to go on the weekend, they cook better meals during the week. Food was fresh and toilets were clean and catered for young children which was good for me. I would eat there again.

Terrible for any pub. expected much better once we had seen the setting. Have had many friends, give this place a poor review mainly due to the lack of quality in the preparation and cooking of the otherwise good ingredients. Would never return for a meal.

This pub is old, smelly, and the food is tired and served by rude and uninterested employees. Definitely not an experience.

Went here with a large group...steak was good. Other members of the group who had been there the night before said it was inedible and sent it back. Overall, good food!
