We came, we saw, we'll never be back. The worst service I have ever seen! I haven't been here for about a year now, I came a couple of weeks ago for dinner, it was rubbish. But I gave them another chance because we have been many times before and these things happen sometimes. But all the staff are gone, except for the larger guy, who has been there ever since I can remember, all the staff are indian. What happened to the customary greek hospitality that we came to enjoy. It's a shame but I certainly won't be going back for a long time.

This place had been recommended to me by a friend and I have to admit, it was Great! It has a relaxed atmosphere with very friendly service and food which was amazing. All I can say is that I will be back many many many times in the future!

I went with a group of 10 people for a birthday. After ordering starters of mixed dips and deciding what we wanted for our mains, we were told our group was too big and we could only order two types of banquets.

Our waiter, the senior staff ended up choosing them for us because he could not wait for us to reassess the menu. We had more of the same dips we started with. Then soggy Greek Salad. Then cold, second rate lamb souvlaki. I was embarrassed to get $30 off each of my friends to pay for this. Extremely rude, fat and lazy on their behalf.

Best Greek Restaurant in Brisbane. Great value, the platters are a great option. Service was great, with one of the waiters even singing for us! Had a top night!

I was there on july 9 and I have to agree with corganvedder and cheungy, the service was disappointing, the food portion have indeed shrunk, the "Greek" restaurant is now Indian. Except for the token Greek waiter there are none of the staff that we've come to know and love over the years. As for the standards not dropping, what a joke. I'm sorry to say that I shall not be going back in the foreseeable future I'm afraid.

Great food, great value, relaxed atmosphere, with excellent service and variety of foods! We have been coming to this place for years and we are yet to be disappointed. We are amazed in how busy this restaurant gets and how the staff and foods standards don't drop. We will be back time and time again without a doubt! I don't know what you're talking about below because the food great and the servings are still the same!

Been here many times before, but won't be back again. Saturday nights are always packed but at least they've always come through with great food and friendly staff to help pass the sometimes 45 minutes wait. But this time the portion size has dropped, the waitstaff have no clue what they are doing and the usually excellent coffee tasted like it had been poured through an old boot. It wasn't until later that night while having a beer at the bar next door that we found out the reason for the terrible dining experience.

The place had been taken over by new owners very recently which is why I couldn't see any of the usual faces that I had built a rapport with. You guys are going to have to pull your socks up if you are wanting to get any return trade. Please somebody tell me if the old ouzeri guys have opened up somwhere new.

Our experience with Ouzeri on a busy Saturday night is like being in an episode of Fawlty Towers. While the food tastes okay and is reasonably good value, the service is just laughable

First, we were assigned to a table next to their rubbish bin, so what great ambience but fine. Then the waitress took the wrong drinks order and we had to be interrogated for her mistakes! Then we got given three plates of food that looked like ours (in a party of five) and in a big rush the waiters and waitresses just left them on our table.

After a couple of minutes wait we decided to start while we wait for the other two plates to arrive. It was only ten minutes later when we chased up for the missing food that the owner/manager came around to tell us that we had been given the wrong order. Another 10 minutes later we were given some grilled meat with no sides, we simply decided life was too short to be bothered with such atrocious service.

Ouzeri, what a joke, never again.

Always good, been here more than a couple of times and love their platters! I'm a big fan of Greek fare and this would rank in the top 3 of my favorites.

The food is always good. Service today was a lot better then last time we were there. Staff are always very always friendly.
