I had dinner here a few weeks ago after reading the reviews. The restaurant is quite upmarket for an Asian restaurant and the prices certainly matched. The quality of the food was good, however, the serving of duck pancakes was small and the overall service was either too much or too little and nothing in between. Whilst I enjoyed the meal I would have to say for quarter of the price you can eat like a king and have equally good food.

Modern asian crossover. Good service, food was a little dressed up for my liking, but was tasty.

Went back to Monsoon after I was really disappointed and have to admit they made very big efforts. The food was fantastic as well as the service. The ambience was very good too. I got the Hot Pot (Queensland seefood) and have to say that the value was really good (plenty of food). For the oyster lovers, just try them.
