Lefkas provides hearty Greek fare dine in and takeaway. Some of their best dishes are Lamb Souvlaki and Salad, Calamari there is very special. You won't leave hungry. It is a dinkly little place on a main road with no airconditioning. Go there before seeing a movie or pop in for some takeaway after work.
The food is casual as is everything else. I always get a side of lemon potatoes they are divine. Lefkas is not the place to go for a special occasion, its more of an everyday place. It can be noisy and hot and it is sometimes cramped if you are seated near the takeaway section. Go early or mid week for a more peaceful experience.

The restaurant a bit old and run down I think, they have different price for takeaway and dine in, almost 50% difference! Not sure if the serving be any different. Food was good, but bit pricey to dine in. Might try takeaway next time.

Fabulous food, lots of it - great service and good value. Plastic tablecoths and minimal decor just add to the ethnic feel of the place - have loved it every time I've been there.

The food at this place was excelent, unfortunately the evening was ruined when our order was stuffed up. The waitreses tried to fix it up, but then the owner came out and abused us over their mistake and walked away. At the end of the meal when we went to pay we tried to voice our dissatisfaction at the treatment and he verbally abused us again. The Service at this place leaves a lot to desire and I would seriously recomend not going here.
