Gorgeous location. Feels like a Buddha Bar, rather than a golf club. Staff and service both lovely. However, I think the menu suffers from being over-ambitious and a little too deliberately showy. Otherwise the food is fine.

We came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and were very impressed by the nice views of the golf course and also the rustic wooden decor. The place has a very nice ambience. I had poached eggs with sourdough bread and bacon. The eggs were perfectly poached and still runny inside, the sourdough tasted great and the bacon had all the fat cut off which is exactly how I like it. My bacon was not very salty at all which was a little disappointing but probably better health-wise so it didn't bother me.

I did notice, however, that my friend who order the works "100 acre brekky" had bacon that tasted very salty so not sure why the bacon was different. Anyway, we all enjoyed our meals regardless and left feeling full and relaxed and definitely wanting to come back. Would be a great venue for breakfast or drinks with friends.
