I go to this restaurant often as the food is what you order. I have requested fast turn around service and have ordered and eaten within 45 minutes for a 3 course meal. The staff are always polite and take all requests to the chef. I have severe food allergies and have never experienced any difficulties.

One (small) step up from fast food quality, but the food is exceedingly slow. No flavour to the meals, meat in vegetarian dishes, unhelpful staff (who bash into patron's seats), extremely slow food, meals for 8 arriving over a 20 minute period, unwilling to alter menu even very slightly. Avoid unless absolutely necessary (and there are many better restaurants within walking distance and for similar prices)

Fairly bland food although good value for money. Staff appear very inexperienced and lacking any formal restaurant training.
