My family and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Hamilton Hotel on the weekend. Food was great, steak was cooked perfectly and service was fantastic! Nothing to complain about and I would recommend it to anyone.

I must say for a pub this is one of the best on the Northside! The eye fillet steak with pepper sauce is superb. The only meal I have eaten there which I didn't enjoy was the seafood risotto but other than that the service, ambience and value is very good.

Dined in the bistro which is serve yourself. Wait staff were not friendly. I had an eye fillet steak which was nice but came with a few chips and a pathetic caesar salad. It was some iceberg lettuce with mayo and a couple of croutons. Total rip off for $31.00! 7 adults ate at the lunch and no one was happy. There is only 3 high chairs, never enough! Won't be going back. Can get a better meal elsewhere, better quality and nicer.

I ordered my girlfriend crispy skin chicken, when it came out it turned into Wagyu beef salad. Then I was accused by the waitress several times that it's what I ordered. Quite strange since my gf dosen't eat beef. Ruined our night and didn't impress our guests. She should work in a night club where she can get away with that.

I went here with low expctations due to bad reviews. But had an amazing meal with exceptional service and didn't feel it was any more expensive than competing hotels. I took 2 kids and some country friends and we all felt comfortable and welcome with plenty for the kids to do in the clean and well serviced play area. Great kids gift bags were given as well, the best I've seen actually. Well done to the staff and management, we will be back!

We waited for over an hour and had finished eating before one member of our party received her meal and when she finally did get it the meal came with a hearty side order of scorn. Terrible customer service from highly offensive staff. AND EXPENSIVE to boot.
