From a casual bar at day with its louvered Venetians and overhead fans, it takes on a different mood at night, with the setting sun transforming the space into a sultry lit and charismatic venue to socialise in.

Executive Chef Darren Clements brings 20 years of culinary experience, honed in some of Australia's leading restaurants and hotels, to create the most gastronomic menu for Gazebo and making the most of quality local produce.

The constantly evolving menu at Gazebo can satisfy your hankering for a quick bite to eat or leave you feeling content after a lavish three course dinner.

Boasting a fusion of international cuisine with a modern Australian twist, and an injection of Asian flavours, Gazebo is open for lunch and dinner and also features a comprehensive wine and cocktail list.
