We dined here for a birthday party. The food tasted excellent but the portions sizes were a touch on the small side. Had the Goat Curry to start with. Excellent flavour although I thought the goat could have, perhaps, been a little more tender. Would have been nice to have some flat bread to go with it. For main I had twice cooked duck with belly pork and apple sausage. This was excellent although would have preferred a little more generous portion.

We dined here for the Valentines day set menu. The attention to detail and quality of the food is excellent. I was let down, however, by the portion size and my entree of scallops in champagne sauce. I expected more somehow. Service is top notch with the chef wandering around and asking people opinion.

Nouvelle cuisine, expensive (entree was x2 prawns in small aount of broth = $20 and mains was tiny steak, tasteless rocket salad and x3 kipfer potatoes = $34). Only saving grace was creme brulee, tasty. Service poor, luke-warm water not maintained. No fork w dessert. Rather drab surroundings. Not good value for money ($60 + corkage). Would never recommend or visit again.

Went for a special date here, but not very romantic atmosphere, despite the candles. The food made up for it though, original mix of flavours, delicious. Serves were small, just enough to taste, I wanted more. Wait staff friendly and helped us make our choices. I wouldn't go here regularly, but was a special meal.
