Most interesting Indian Restaurant in Brisbane. A smaller, more unique menu than what is normally on offer at Indian restaurants, giving the impression each dish is something special. The food is just that, special. Softly lit and inviting, the atmosphere alone is enough to make you want to return. If glary lighting and Bollywood disco music is your thing, don't go to Figueiredo's. Interesting food and surrounds as well as friendly attentive staff makes it worth a look.
The Best Butter Chicken in the World!!!! We have been regulars here for a few years, and have loved every meal we've eaten.... Chicken Breast in all the Chicken dishes, and tender, tasty Beef and Lamb in the other meat curries. Great atmosphere and Service too. Simply the Best!
Excellent food. We love Indian food and this place is worth every dollar. Great tasting and very attractively priced cuisine. We have friends that came up from Sydney that came to visit us and raved about the food as well... Will be back for sure.. Thank you for a great evening.
Really, really delicious food. We were staying at a motel nearby and picked up a menu from the front desk. Wished we lived closer, so we could visit the Restaurant once a week.
The worst Indian ever. While one of the other patrons assured us that it was one of the best places for Indian and the reviews out the front suggested that we were in for a treat. When ordering my husband stated that he had a nut allergy only to find nuts in our lassies, which we had also been assured were rose flavoured, yet were green in colour and did not taste of rose.
When ordering, we asked if they had naan bread, the woman serving us said they had rotis and she informed us that rotis were the same as naans. When our rotis arrive, they were in fact tortillas, like the kind you buy from the supermarket.
The vindaloo had no heat and had a centimetre of oil on the top. The butter chicken was ordinary. We won't be returning.
