Clever and experimental are two adjectives for the cuisine at Esquire. Esquire has both informal and formal dining areas. The informal section is a more popularly priced but an equally exciting version of the full Esquire experience in the formal dining section. It's a moveable feast here at Esquire--chances are when you come back that the menu has changed. The chefs are adventurous that way, always coming up with new dishes.
