Overlooking the 18th green of Queensland’s premier golf course, drift brookwater brings a new dimension to the Brookwater golf & country club.

The dream behind drift is to bring sensational food & fantastic entertainment together in a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Within the clubhouse drift unfolds into a 120 seat casual dining restaurant, the Moët & Chandon piano lounge & a casual 50 seat outdoor terrace overlooking a manicured golf course & native bushland.

Executive Chef Romain Bapst & his dedicated team are working closely with local suppliers to produce some of the best cuisine in Queensland, if not Australia.

Events head chef Kenneth Ip oversees the catering for drift’s events department, which includes corporate catering on the green, an open-air stadium for concerts up to 2,500 people, corporate local out-catering, weddings & social events.

Open for lunch every day & dinner Monday to Saturday, this beautiful venue is perfect for long lazy lunches, cocktails in the piano lounge, a candle lit dinner or Sunday brunch on the terrace.
