A friend and I wandered in on Sunday, a gorgeous day to be sitting by the river; overlooking the fantastic South Bank gardens and watching the world go by. We hadn't intended to stay for a full meal, instead chose two pizza entrees and several glasses of v-good champagne.
The food was timed well; staff were attentive but not OTT and generally there is a really happy vibe to this venue (or was that the Champagne buzz?). We intend to come again for the full experience as the meals arriving at tables around us looked and smelt wonderful!

I flew to Brisbane for lunch, to meet two nieces I had not seen in 20 years. They picked this place Decks in Southbank, knowing nothing about it, we ventured in. We had an absolutely wonderful experience, fast attentive service, food cooked to order perfectly, reasonable prices and just a great all round venue. Drinks were reasonable. I would definitely go back there. PS - My wife has several food allergies and there was absolutely no problem here at all.

This was possibly the best dining experience I have ever had. It ticked all the boxes and the cocktails were great. We were up from Canberra and I was very impressed with everything.

Really good food. Dined with tough critics and between 8 of us all had a great meal. Definitely will go back.

My partner and I visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and were seated next to each other facing a wall. Not happy.
