We are delighted to introduce you to an evening of great food and hospitality at Cosi Ristorante Italiano, winner of many awards. Sam Mura is your chef, and his wife Helen Mura is front-of house. Sam hails from Sardegna and the lovely Helen from Foggia.
The staff may include Emanuele, Vanda or Rachela, the three children in the Mura family who have grown up surrounded by the wonderful aroma and charm of splendid family feasts and delicious home-cooked Italian fare. It is this very fare that is at the heart and soul of the menu at Cosi - food that is lovingly prepared by Sam, enhanced with aromatic herbs grown in his garden, and always created with great dedication to the use of fresh produce. Best Italian restaurant in Brisbane where you can celebrate all of your special events.
Together with their committed staff, the Mura family presents a warm and friendly restaurant experience, where robust traditional Italian fare is enriched with genuine and warm hospitality.
All of the fresh produce used in our restaurant are products of Australia. Cosi uses Australian produce because of its high quality

Been here over a dozen times. The only fault was once the chicken was undercooked (to my liking) once. Great food, very accommodating. A nice experience that I have shared with others.

This is a really pleasant suburban Italian experience, very consistent authentic and interesting food. Easy parking and choice of sitting inside or outside in the relative privacy of a shopping arcade which has been perfect for us with the kids.
Pastas are all flavorsome and generous serves, pizzas are moreish, my wife's favorite is the Gamboroni (King Prawn). We enjoy the occasional take away but also find eating in as relaxed as that can be with a 4yo & a 6 yo. Its probably worth the trip just to see Chef Sam with his magnificent moustache, enthusiastically working in his open kitchen.

Several visits and impressed with the intelligent attentive wait staff. Hope they get a little extra from the expensive prices! Food is good and consistent after three recent experiences. All considered, they did a pretty good job of making the visits pleasant and this gives reason to return.

Overpriced is the first description that comes to mind. The "Aussie" pizza was quite delicious - a good crust, not too thick, not too thin with good sauce and right amount of toppings. Three of us dined, so there were 3 mains. The lasagne while not offensive, was quite ordinary. A veal scallopine dish was tasty and came with a generous side dish of veges. Ravioli and Bolognese sauce was very good - probably the pick of the three. The servings were not huge so I consider the prices, from $16+ to $23+ for pasta and sauce, and $27+ for the veal, to be well on the high side. Add in 3 soft drinks at $3.50 each and it was a more expensive dinner than it deserved to be.
