I don't understand how this place is always packed out. Went at 7 on a saturday night and were told the food would be a bit of a wait... waited for an hour for one share plate main, which for $63 was really just barbecued meats and a few sauces. Cooked ok (lamb was a little overdone) but not worth the price, could do similar at home for much less $$. Best thing I had was the $3 turkish delight and the mint choc chai tea after our meals. Also very understaffed although staff were friendly enough. Wouldn't bother going back!

Very nice place to go as a couple. Food is awesome and in large quantity. I'll go again for sure with either friends or partner.

Went on a Saturday night and there was a big crowd. Restaurant was understaffed. Weren't even shown to our table, despite having a booking, just told there were some tables at the back and to pick one.

Food was good but no advance on what we could do at home, nothing too special. BYO not taken on arrival. Taken half way through meal. Drink later requested never arrived. After waiting and waiting, dessert menu didn't arrive as promised. Therefore, no dessert purchased and no coffee ordered we left. Very noisy, a number of large groups, hard to hear each other. Would I go back? No.

Great food and atmosphere but the staff were unhelpful, unattentive and had an attitude for some reason. I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to going to Caravanserai but I will not be recommending because of the rude service.

I was there on Tuesday night and had the lamb loinchops with orange feta and mint salad it was delicious my partner had the chicken and was very happy I wanted to steal some but she wouldn't let me. Good service. There were some big tables there and they looked happy too.

The service was outstanding! As soon as we needed another drink, or were ready to order, our waitress was there. Perfect. We had a table outside which was really nice, I probably wouldnt have wanted to sit inside, because it was very full, busy and noisy. Entrees were delicious, better than my main course. Large portions for mains, very filling. Lovely atmosphere outside. Dessert portions were very small, we laughed when they came out, they tasted delicious though.

This is a fantastic restaurant with happy welcoming staff, it's very well priced and the food, large portions, cooked well and seasoned perfectly, I will be returning again.

Fantastic value for money and the service was amazing. I was impressed with the variety of food in the banquet. The best part was the platter of dessert after the meal. And you even get to pick from a selection of 7 or 8 drinks for tea/coffee. Great night out with friends and will be going again.

Our entertainment for the evening was the constant sound of breaking plates or smashing glasses from the kitchen. It was almost like being in a greek restaurant.

The entree plates are always tasty and good value. Mains are large but not as carefully prepared. Lovely desserts. Service can be a bit haphazard, a good place to go for a group dinner.

You're looking at $25-30 mains region. It's good food, my seafood harissa was nicely done but way too much rice. It's good if you're starving. A nice little place with a deck at the back also. Quiet area. A bit dimly lit for my liking, I like to see what I'm eating. A nice range on the menu too. My friend said the lamb shanks were tough, he asked for a doggy bag so he could stew them for longer at home.
