A great place for lunch, beautiful food with large portion size. Atmosphere can be crowded (but is also testimate to it's popularity) with little room between tables. The wait staff are quite young and inexperienced but the quality and value make a visit to this restaurant worth while. The salmon risotto is delicious.
I went to Cafe Primavera last night, and the service and ambience was beautiful to start off with. Then my bf and I got poor food. I had a chicken ceaser salad and two large peices of my chicken was raw!, the juices of the raw chicken had gone through the salad giving it and awful taste and texture. My bf's dish was a cabanara, and it smelt and tasted strongly of fish.
When we complained the gentlemen serving us, said sorry about the chicken, but didn't provide and free meal, tea or coffee, he simply said I should have told him sooner when he asked if the meal was ok. Well I had only just been eating the salad at that point of time and had not yet reached the chicken. He was claiming it was my fault for not telling him, therefore I received no free meal, tea or coffee. he then went on to claim that there was nothing wrong with the cabanara, and that my bf was lying.
In the end we should of approached the manager and not payed for our meals, but we didn't.
