Food: After 9 years in Brisbane I had given up on buying decent lamb, however decided to risk Cafe Conti's lamb dish. The lamb was perfectly cooked and fragrant, was tender and lean just as lamb should be. My partner ordered a steak which was likewise tender and lean and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We have also had breakfast here which we couldn't finish considering how generous and delicious the servings were.

Ambience: You can sit inside, although outside under a huge tree is the bestplace to sit. The inside decor is lovely.

Service: It took a while for our order to be taken, but everyone was polite and lovely overall.

Value: A little on the pricier side but it's completely worth it given the food is well sourced and excellent quality.

Overall: Definitely somewhere to go whether for breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner.

Highly Recommended. We regularly go to Cafe Conti for breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee. We are always impressed with the food and service. We recently held a function there for a large group. The meals were delicious, service was professional and friendly and the whole evening ran very smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Without a doubt this restaurant is leading the way. We have been going there regularly over the past seven years for breakfast and dinner. Not once have I had a bad meal or experience. If you are a breakfast eater do yourself a favour and try the bubble and squeak. MMM MMM MM Great coffee too.

Have eaten here many times, usually its passable fare. However, last night 3 people ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, which tasted as if the salt and pepper had been left out, very floury and flat. When I asked for the Chef to check the dish there was no response whatsoever from the kitchen. Staff when asked what was happening simply said "They're lookng at it." So we waited, had dessert, coffee, cheese and waited and waited. Nothing. So I paid the bill, nothing, no comment. So I guess that means they don't need our custom, well I agree.

I have been twice. I am going to rate it on its breakfast rather than lunch. I was not impressed with lunch. Great breakfast though, different menu items were delicious.

We go to breakfast at Conti somewhat regularly and everytime walk away satisfied with the meal etc. The food is a bit more creative than your standard cafe breakfast menu, and enough for big eaters. Great french toast.

Went to Cafe Conti for a special occasion, food was great, service and atmosphere nice and you don't mind paying a little extra when everything is so nice. Definitely recommended. Enjoy.
