    They were rude and arrogant. I was disgusted with our treatment and will never recommend this place to anyone. They made my daughter feel horrible and ugly.

    My daughter had her brows done today (for the first time). At the end I was asked my opinion, I said that one side looked bigger than the other - the woman told me they were not, shook her head at me, huffed and walked out of the room. A 2nd staff member came in and agreed that they did look different.

    No apology was forthcoming. I didn't let the 2nd staff member fix the brows - I wasn't game to. In the end I paid $45 for uneven eyebrows that I fixed up myself. No apology.
