We got free beers from the mistake twice and very much enjoyed them. The staff were fine and the food was tasty. I was like a stuffed turkey walking out the door. I couldn't move.

Very mixed, the individual meals [curries etc] are decent but expensive. The pre-packaged meals are cheaper and for a reason, horrible food. Be careful at this restaurant.

We use to go to this place very often (once a fortnight) still we were never treated as regular customers ; because for some smart Indian staff working there were thinking we are eating on charity; So we stopped going there;
Today after long time due to some reason we decided to visit that place again; and we were treated really badly; We waited 1 hour for our food and paneer curry was made of Ginger and Ginger only. People who came after us finished their dinner and we were still waiting there; never ever going back.

Food - either very very bland or very very oily. Samosas were the only 'ok' thing we tried. There was a small fly in my rice which I didn't say anything about as the senior staff seemed very rude. This food gave both me and my partner diarrhoea (and we are both Indians that eat a lot of Indian food).

If you actually have eaten proper Indian food and want Indian food and not "Indian food" then don't bother trying this place. If people think this is good then wait till they try proper Indian food.

Ambience is ok - nothing special but we were forced to sit outside as we paid via scoopon (not worth the $40 we wasted). Inside looked cosy. Service was terrible. Senior staff was very rude. All the females were nice but he was so awful and acted as if we were some sort of burden.

Value - even with the poor service, fly in the food and diarrhoea aside the food itself is so bland and awful it is not worth the price.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Service was inefficient, unfriendly, and some things we ordered were never received. None of the dishes on our table were worth the steep prices. The dishes we were served were small, and short of mediocre.

Best Indian in Brisbane! We are newly interested in Indian food and this is our favorite Indian restaurant in Brisbane. We also enjoy that we can cross the road for after dinner drinks and coffee.

I went to Brisbane to visit some friends who usually go to this restaurant. They said we must have got a 'miss' night as the food wasn't anything special. I also thought it was over-priced. My main, which was palak paneer, cost $16 or $18 and didn't taste very nice (I could only eat two mouthfuls). However, this restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, the service was friendly, and the sweet lassi was nice.

This has to be the worst resturant in Brisbane. The service is simply horrible, food want great either. The wait staff have no idea of the menu and she dropped the plate on me spoiling my dress. There was no apology from anyone for this horrible experience. I will rather eat at home than go there again.

Well, I recently flew to Brisbane for a colleagues farewell lunch and this was the place of choice. We had a great lunch, service was good - mind you no other customers hardly except for our table of 12.

Drinks were ordered and a couple of them were delivered wrogly, but soon rectified. Food was very good, plenty to eat. Overall a slightly above average on food, average on the rest. Don't think I'd like to be there if they were extremely busy however.
