Without question the worst steak meal I have had in years. This place is so overrated it is not funny. A special birthday night ruined by excessive prices for very, very average food. I've had better steak in a steak sandwich at the local pub.

I am a mother of two and rarely eat out at restaurants. Therefore what should have been a great Christmas party night out was ruined by unbelievably poor service at Bistro Allure. The food wasn't bad however I had to wait an hour for a drink - any drink including water and failing to be served after asking several times. The final straw was when the waitress accused me of being too drunk after trying to order two drinks at once which is something I never do and only did on this occasion due to the appalling drinks service. I managed to have 3 drinks within 4 hours and if I appeared drunk it was only due to anger after the waitress was very rude and ruined what should have been a great night out. I will never visit this restaurant again and nor would I ever recommend it!

I had a lunch meeting/working lunch at Allure and it was the perfect venue for this type of meeting. It was quiet and the service unobtrusive. Our meals were well presented and tasted great.

The food here is very good but basic for a hotel restaurant. The staff are part timers and they show. However, for the convenience if you are on business it's a decent restaurant.
