We were looking to have dinner late one evening after arriving in Brisbane from Sydney. We came across Biagio by accident and were very kindly offered a table although it was around 9pm. We were absolutely impressed by the fantastic food - innovative, fresh, delicious and beautifully served. We were so impressed we came back a few nights later with our extended family and had an equally sensational experience. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly without being intrusive. Wine list was interesting and high quality. We intend to visit Biagio every time we come to Brisbane. We continue to hope the chef and his wife may wish to undertake a sea change to Sydney. Thank you, it was outstanding.

This restaurant looks very expensive but the food is great and good value with most mains under $30. A very enjoyable experience

Went to Biagio expecting normal italian stuff. Dishes were spectacular and extremely tasty. Wine list was very impressive with genuine Italian high class wine. Then tried their dessert, wonderful. Not your classic stereotype italian rest. Service was really good and not too intrusive. Ambient is quite stylish, definitely a must go each time I am in Brisbane!

My family had a fantastic experience at Biagio last night. The food was excellent, we shared entrees and dessert, and each had a different pasta for a main. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

The service was generally quite good. The food was not spectaular and overpriced. The management were quite rude and uncaring about complaints with the meal.
Definitely not recommended!

The food was good, although we waited 2.5 hours for the mains! The service was terrible, the senior staff was extremely rude when asked politely about the wait and put the whole table off going back again. I would not recommend this place.

Definitely the best restaurant in Australia! I have dined here several times and each time surpasses the previous. The chef is talented and dishes up tasty and innovative meals every time.

I went to Brisbane for Easter in 2008 (I live in Sydney) and during that time happened to go one night for dinner to Biagio's restaurant. It was excellent in all aspects that one wishes a restaurant to be. I visited Brisbane again last Easter and once again went to Biagio's hoping it would still have the same excellent overall quality. I was not disappointed. The setting is elegant, relaxing, the service was prompt and attentive and the food was just sensational with that real Italian flavour. Biagio's Restaurant is on my list to revisit when I visit Brisbane again. Mazzie.

Beautiful food, well prepared and presented. I found the service excellent and non-intrusive and enjoyed every minute of the experience. I will be back.

The food is generally well prepared and tasty. However, it is quite expensive and even after dessert you can leave the restaurant hungry. Service can be non existent or very slow. I would not recommend this restaurant.
