The restaurant was very dirty, cigarette butt on floor, needed a good vacuum, food very average compared to Saigon Bay in Sydney, that is 5 star. DIY very average, only one style lettuce, carrot and bean shoots no variety of lettuces, coriander, different fresh herbs, they didn't show you how to make the rice paper rolls, no sizzling plates made in the kitchen, if you want sizzling they plonk grill on your table without any instructions. Most of the food is chinese with a hint of vietnamese.

Mostly the food is Chinese with some Vietnamese inflections. The food was fresh and not bad, nothing special but ok. The service, on a busy night was very fast and polite without being too friendly. This is really a karaoke place too so be warned for cheesy party atmosphere. Not my type of place but maybe not bad for a party as the food, though only ok, caters for most. Value, is average for such Asian eateries.

We have eaten at Ben's on a regular basis for the last 8 years and have introduced many friends to it as well who also love it. We have always found the food to be great! The restaurant itself could use an update but the staff and food make up for it. Always good value for money and even on busy nights they can usually squeeze a table in for us. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great Vietnamese I always take clients there for lunch. Order off the Vietnamese menu it's much better than Chinese. Beef hotplate fantastic, great salt n peppa calamari. Karaoke is awful on Saturdays.

I've eaten here regularly over the last 5 years. The restaurant fixtures are basic and tired, however, the food and service are always of a high standard and value for money. The staff are attentive and always smiling even when it's busy on Saturday night.

You will struggle to find better Vietnamese for the money. The food is fantastic, the servings are generous and the service is friendly. My partner and I have eaten in many Vietnamese restaurants along the eastern sea-board and this is by far is one of the best.

Standard Asian fare. It is quite fun on a Friday or Saturday night when they have karaoke. Always good for a laugh!
