I live close to Bart's place and almost every day I go there for lunch with friends. The food is to die for and I personally think the value is quite good. They even give you more food than you ask for. Every time I've been there I order a certain amount of fish for me and my friends and each time they provide us with that number plus another half of the amount. I've tried almost everything on the menu and it is all great food. My recommendation is to go there if you're in the area.

We love Barts Place, can't comment on other review, however, they have always had the best prawn sandwiches there whenever we have wanted them. My grandparents went there, we do now and will take friends there anytime.

Have wanted to have lunch here many times as it was noted at the front that for lunch they had prawn sandwiches. Yes I know.. simple nothing hard or exciting about that. However, every time we go requesting this - the answer "no sorry we don't make them". Bart's place - either make them or take it down from the menu. The food is okay but for 1 x fish and chips, 3 x burger, 4 x drinks $48 is a rip off.
