An excellent French restaurant. I had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and a very pleasant night out at Baguette and will come back again every time I go to Brisbane. Expensive it is but the food is great quality and service was very friendly.

Reminiscing about our wonderful wedding experience 12 months ago, a very late review however after enjoying dinner with friends recently can attest that the wonderful service and excellent food and wine are as good whilst enjoying a quiet meal with friends or a celebration with 80 plus guest. After looking at many wedding venues we chose this intimate restaurant for cocktails and dinner. Could not fault - food excellent, service exceptional.

What a great night catching up with old friends, we were the last to leave after we, perhaps, a few too many tasty cocktails. We were so well looked after and loved the food (quality and quantity). The wine waiter let us sample several wines, he was generous with his time and knowledge. The menu is very tempting and the only issue I had was deciding on what to eat. We will def be back.

Wow! Myself and a very good friend were looking for a nice french restaurant to catch up on everything. We walked into Bagguette, and straight away were looked after. Your staff are excellent. And the food just to die for, it was an all in all wonderful day. So thank you very much.

Baguette has been our local "caf" for 22 years. We took the children to celebrate the first night of school with lobsters and this year celebrated the start of one last year of uni with a French meal "en famille". Love to see offal on a menu and am amazed at the constant upgrading and high level of service, even for my daughter's steak + chips with sauce for years.

A couple of us just enjoyed Baguette's newest promotion, shared platters, what great food and a wonderfully social idea in a sophistocated (but comfortable) setting and at a great price ($39 p/p for 3 courses), we have been going to Baguette for years and the food and service is always consistently great and the place is newly renovated so still feels current and up to date. Love it! Can't wait to try the Spanish and Moroccan platters next!

Baguette is one of those restaurants that provides consistently excellent food and service. We recently visited to check out the (not-so recent now) renovations and throughly enjoyed an excellent meal with impeccable service in a gorgeous environment. Baguette deserves its reputation and continues to be the tried and true favourite!

We tried this restaurant for our anniversary dinner because it is reputable and established one. But it was a big mistake. The food we ordered were terrible. The fish pie was as if eating salt. The fish of the day came with huge amount of overcooked, discolored vegetables that you might find in the deli section of Cole's. The service and atmosphere do not compensate the taste. For the same amount of money, others offers superb food.

Enjoying a restaurant (or not) is a very personal response. Lots of things can impact on whether you have a good experience – your mood, the person you are dining with, the waiter, the noise, the décor or lack of it … and sometimes the food. We serve over 500 people per week and have done so for 33 years, so clearly most of the time we get it right or we would be out of business. We have enough confidence in our food to offer an unconditional guarantee, so you will not be charged or be given another dish, if for any reason you are not happy. It is a pity therefore that you did not speak to your waiter on the night when the issue could have been instantly resolved and you would have enjoyed your evening.

Excellent food, excellent service, the only thing I could fault was that they are fully booked so often! Try Baguette, Was a fantastic night!
