The food here is overrated. Clever in its portrayal and presented nicely it, however, fails in the most important part, taste. Everything has the same sauce on it. We order three different breakfasts and all were tasteless but pretty.

Undoubtedly the best on the breakfast scene in brisvegas. Finally somewhere that offers a creative menu for those of us who hate bacon and eggs! Awesome atmosphere! You'll need to be prepared to wait in line on weekends - but worth sitting around for.

Had a fantastic breakfast here with a friend when we were visiting from Sydney. My friend had the vegetarian breakfast & said it made her tastebuds very happy. We were a bit worried when the menu said "no alterations", but our waitress was very accommodating and ensured the eggs were cooked as requested and the mushrooms were served in a separate little dish (due to allergies).
I ate my friend's mushrooms which were delicious, & my avocado, basil & tomato pide was perfectly executed and tasted very fresh. Coffee was good, service excellent, we weren't rushed at all. This place beat most Sydney cafes hands down!

Reliable breakfast spot. Great eggs with white beans and sausage and sourdough. Mmmmm. It's lively and noisy and the coffee is fine. Always worth it even if you have to wait a moment.

A breakfast with service you can trust! After reading about it in local press I was determined to experience the best Brisbane had to offer and was well satisfied with Cirque.
Cirque was heaving at 11am on a Wednesday, but we were greeted by a friendly bearded fellow and were squeezed in at a communal table upstairs. I ate the breakfast special of poached eggs with the freshest Persian fetta, coffee was expertly handled and we never felt we were forgotten by the staff, even though the place was so busy.
Congratulations Cirque! It was also great to see that Nick Cave had left his autograph at the coffee machine. Keep it up!
