Living in the area for many years I've seen this restaurant change, especially from the past few years, it's not just Australian-Chinese food, but real, Authentic food now. The area is generally filled with tourists during lunch so I normally go for dinner.

Food: Has really changed over the years. there's something for everyone! (also for the person before me. It's what you ordered, good fish in the blue mountains? why bother?)

Ambience: Generally Busy. Service: There is one female waitress that is very good. Value: Depends on what you order, It's not pub! as the comment before me has said that the beer was expensive.

Just dropped in! Nothing seriously planned....will keep walking next time.

Food: below average Australian Chinese food, nothing special. One dish ordered was mixed vegetables and tofu, bland.. tasted a bit strange. Thought I had a really tough snow pea, chewing away. We originally wanted steamed fish...were told it would take to long to cook.... then asked for fried dumplings....same story. The dried fish and Chicken fried rice was the best dish we had....and that was just the rice...

Ambience: It was busy and noisy. Mostly from crying children. The white butchers paper on the tables would have been cool if they had something to draw with... would have given those children something to do.

Service: Really bad, and not because it was busy, one poor female waitress was covering the rest of the staff..drinks didn't come, food took ages nothing special ordered, checked out other people for ages too. There was a bunch of people waiting for take away, but they had all gone not long after we arrived...no real excuse.

Value: $5 beer, you would expect some service with that. Pretty average prices for Australian Chinese food, but had way better for less, hence the rating. $90 for three of us (four beers between)....still a bit hungry. Below average. Don't like to do this.

Extremely friendly staff. Food is great and excellent value for money. Cozy atmosphere. The service is exceptional. Would go back and highly recommend it.
