Staff lovely. Food poor. Tastes like a frozen microwaved meal. To be fair, I have only had takeaway. Possibly the eat in experience is better?

Quite often pick up take away from here and normally it's ok. Last time though my butter chicken came with a generous portion of what seemed to be steel wool in it. This has put me right off ordering from here again.

Reasonable value. Food is ok. I have eaten here a few times and generally find the place to be just fine. Had one unfortunate experience where there were questionable hairs on the table cloth and dirty water glasses, but hopefully this was just an off night.

Very average. I agree with the reviewer who found it hard to differentiate each meal. They all looked and tasted very similar. The place was fairly empty for a Friday night and I can understand why. The head waiter is kind of creepy and the place has a very cold atmosphere probably due to it's size and lack of customers. Far better Indian restaurants within a half hour drive. Won't be back.

We had takeaway rather than dining in. The food was very nice and the service prompt and friendly. The restaraunt has a lovely spicy smell and the curries taste fresh unlike some of the other Indian takeaway places you go to.

Love their entree for two, butter chicken and garlic naan. My fiance and I order it at least once a month..... my father would eat there every week given the chance.

Have gotten take away from here on many occasions, never eaten in. Highly recommended the butter chicken it is among the best we’ve had. Mango Chicken and Bombay Potato also great dishes. Portions have always been large with plenty left over. Service has always been very friendly and they have never made a mistake with our order.

This is possibly the worst Sunday meal I have ever eaten. We could not tell the difference between my Korma and my wife's biryani apart from the latter had yellower rice. Our friends had Dopiaza and Madras, it all looked exactly the same, it was all a single brown goop with unrecognisable meat ( I had chicken and she had lamb- supposedly) and no subtle spices at all.

My Korma had no fruit, no almonds and no cream. What sort of a korma is that? Good Indian cooking relies on several base sauces not one. However most other reviews are good, so perhaps charitably, it was an off day. Or maybe the good burghers of Glenbrook have never experiences the sublty and freshness of real Indian food. Ok the papadums were all right but came without lime pickle, onion, raita or anything else. When we asked for some, she warned us sternly that it was three dollars each and very very hot (it wasn't).

Our group went for dinner on Tuesday night, we booked during the day, but on arrival the table wasn't ready. We had to wait while tables were put together and set. Ordered a banquet dinner which included entrees, mains, dessert and coffee. The entrees arrived promptly and were very nice, serving sizes were also generous. Mains were also very nice.

The downside to the evening was the service. Of the 2 waitresses, one did not look interested and did not smile all night, her service could only be described as dismal. The other was pleasant and smiled. The service was almost non existent, someone from our table had to get up and ask for more drinks. During the course of the night it was annoying to see one of the waitresses, constantly sending text messages on her mobile phone. At the end of the main courses, we didn't get asked if we wanted dessert or coffee.

The restaurant was not full so I saw no excuse for the lack of service. Everyone finally had enough of the wait, so we left without dessert of coffee. We have been to this restaurant before with no problems, but after this, decided that this will be our last visit. I gave service a rating of 2 instead of 1, because at least one of the waitresses was pleasant.

Food tasty. Service attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. Ambience let down by Celine Dion being played so loudly that all the diners were exchanging glances. They turned it down when asked, but it crept up again over the night.
