Although it is really good food, good coffee and they serve you quickly there is one issue that actually is quite filthy, theres a couch there for ppl to sit and it is stained with old food and grease, please get a new one. It really gross ppl out. I'm sure you heard me and my other diners whinging about how it looked gross and dirty with rotten food pushed into the fabric and left.

A friend and I ate here on the weekend and we had walked up and down the main strip of cafe's before picking this one. It had the best variety at reasonable prices. We sat ourselves inside as it was really cold and quite quickly we were given menus. The meals were fantastic! huge sizes and really good, simple tasty food. I was so happy with our choice. I'll go back!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and we were greeted by a very friendly waiter. We sat down and had placed our orders quickl,; the meals did not take long to arrive. The meals are great value for money, generous serving sizes and taste great. We would go more often but the long drive from Sydney is a factor.

After being greeted by the not so friendly waiter (almost felt as though we were interrupting his paper reading) we were served the most horrendous breakfast, sadly it sounded great on paper (hence, the reason we chose it) we were served uncooked eggs (the white was still sloshing around), hard mushrooms with oil dripping from them, bacon that wouldn't have even touched a hot plate.

This turned us off that basically out of the two of us, no food was eaten and it cost us $26! The waiter obviously saw that the food wasn't eaten but was happy to take the money and not ask how our meal was. In hindsight, we should have said something at the time.

I always find the coffee great, the food fresh and well prepared, the service friendly and accommodating. This used to be a good place to eat and have coffee, unfortunately, it went downhill. The front of house is always unorganised and in a dizz, the soup remains their good selling staple. Generally there are a lot of cafes around town that offer a better overall experience.

I could not believe the service/food at this place - arriving for breakfast the waiter was frantic. He was in an absolute state making no effort to hide his inability to manage a tiny cafe when obviously someone hadn't turned up for their shift. I will never eat here again, please send this guy to a managing hospitiality course, as a mature aged man, this was embarrassing.

Walked in of the street asked for a table for six we were promptly seated and fed and out in just on an hour. The meals we all had were fantastic could not fault anything we had best old milkshake I have had in years the moroccan chicken burger was to die for, well done Parakeet.

We went there for the breakfast. I took raisin toasts (4$) and a banana smoothie(4.50$). Both were fresh and very good. My friend took the big carnivore breakfast (12$) which was also good.

Great beer battered chips and fantastic chai. Service not great (they lost our order), but still a nice place to go for lunch.
