Delicious and beautiful Mexican food! For $15 - $25 you can eat the most beautiful Mexican plates I've seen. Enchiladas ($19) are colourful and of course, as good as you would expect. After a starter and a main I had no room for dessert, will try that next time, it was so good.

Food is excellent. Drink service a little slow but a great family restaurant. Overall well worth a visit and I'll be back for more just thinking about it!

Though the food is 'good', it's very thin on portion size. Wish there were more choices for salsa, but all-in-all, the best bet for reliable Mexican in Adelaide.

The food at Zapata's is excellent and I truly loved my meal (still thinking about it weeks later). Service is patchy but polite, ambience nice but tables are very close together so you can hear everyone's conversations, and although given the yumminess of the food, it's a bit pricey for what it's all made of. I had the flautas for entree and the tostada for main which were awesome. Partner had ribs which were excellent too. I think I'd like to go back when it's not so packed. Best to book for Fri/Sat nights too.
