    Dined on a Monday night. Just ourselves and another couple. The Treasury "complex" is a tasteful and stylish location right on Victoria Square and part of the smart Medina Grand serviced apartment building. Our $100 bill included two main courses, two drinks and a coffee. We had the duck breast and scotch fillet with two side dishes (extra). The chef and wait staff held up their end of the deal, but I couldn't help feeling the fittings and decor were a bit "pub" for an up-scale restaurant and a little out of theme for a heritage building. Main courses were hard to fault except perhaps just a little on the cool side of hot. Hotter plates would have helped. (Yes, I have a thing about serving hot food on hot plates). Otherwise, the inside/outdoor courtyard is a great spot for a rowdy, after-work drink or pre-theatre cocktail.
