This one of the worst "fine dining" experiances I have ever had. We did not even finish our meal. The waiting staff were not what you would expect from a restaurant with such a reputation. The soft shell crab was served to me uncleaned and the tempura batter was hard and oily. The general ambience was also not five star and there was an oily smell through out the restaurant. We left our meals unfinished (hardly touched) the waiting staff seemed unconcerned by this and with all that a very overpriced bill that I would normally be happy to pay if the food had at least been reasonable.

Very lovely and romantic menu. The set menu a little overpriced. Wagu beef was too chewy that night but were happy to replace it. Dessert wasn't too impressive. Waiters/waitress' were fantastic! Wine overpriced but hey it's the Hyatt.
