A big group of us just had a dinner at San Giorgio tonight. Overall, the food was decent except one of our companion had a less interesting experience with her "uncoocked crab" pasta. What was amazing to us was that when my friend gave the feedback of the uncook meal to the attending waitress, she was given a reply that the dish was meant to be that way! We were taken aback and was rather disappointed that it was not investigated prior to her respond.

After couple of minutes, we decided that the meal was really unacceptable and only then the waitress took the meal back and have it "recooked", instead of presenting us with a fresh made meal. The pasta was no better being soggy and boggy. My friend finished it out of respect for the cook but I feel that her experience was totally unjustifed. Would like to feedback this to the management and hopefully you would review your customer service and food quality standard policies to upkeep that equivalent of a good restaurant.

Overall, am quite disappointed with the experience. Doubted I will ever bring any friends there.

Ate there also night 5/3. My wife had pasta with bacon cream and I had chicken parmigiana. The food was woeful to say the least! the chicken was very tuff and chewy, it was also very dry, almost inedible. It came on a bed of dried up shrivelled vegetables. I can't believe that they could make the worst chicken parmy I have ever tasted and it is such a simple meal to make. The worst food ever, I would not recommend eating there, terrible to be polite!
