We've had many meals here and always enjoyed them. It is a nice little "family" restaurant with very friendly, helpful staff, tasty, well cooked and well presented food at a reasonable price (and plenty of it!), peaceful atmosphere and outlook onto the sea. We look forward to enjoying many more relaxing visits.

This is the worst restaurant that we have ever been to. We arrived at 7 pm. Had soup at 8.30 pm and the main meal at 9.15 pm. The poor waitress'... they worked hard, but it was disorganized and no apology for the poor service. Obviously very disorganized in the kitchen. The waitress kept their distance from our table and would not make eye contact in case we asked yet again where our meal was. Drink orders were also not fulfilled.

We did not receive all the items as shown on the banquet menu and the special fried rice looked like it had been scraped of other peoples plates and thrown into a bowl. It was also not fried but steamed. I hope that this was a one off bad night in the life of the Red Ruby. It was not a gem of a night for us!
