Have always enjoyed the fabulous food here which has certainly always made up for the less than impressive service. It's always been a favourite of mine, especially for large gatherings as the banquet always delivered. Not anymore, good food can only go so far and the extremely poor and very rude service I've had the last three times I've been has ensured I won't be back again.

These people want to be in the entertainment book but then require you to provide the voucher upfront before ordering, sounds to me like they're going to give you less food or poor quality, why else do they need to know before the bill is tallied like most places? They once even changed my bill to a higher amount after I gave them my entertainment card voucher!

The good food can no longer make up for the poor service. Jerusalem is off my favourites list, don't care how good their falafels are!

The marinate of the meat is perfect cooked just right, the hommus is like none other, as for the falafel that literally melts in your mouth nothing this food is absolutely divine! whenever you feel like falafel go nowhere else I guarantee this is one of a kind.

Food is ok, but quite pricy for what it is, head down prospect road for cheaper and better middle eastern food. The service is gruff, abrupt and verging on rude. The bread baskets don't appear to have been washed for some time. The toilets are best avoided unless you have already enjoyed your BYO bottle of wine.
