    We have been going to Hampstead meats for their wonderful sausages for years and recommended many ppl to do the same. Seems when they changed hands recently they downgraded the quality of the ingredients as well. Last night we had the worst sausauges we have ever eaten. I asked for pork, I got beef and after cooking them, not only had they shrunk to half the raw size, they had rendered off over 3/4 of a cup of fat. They tasted disgusting, were full of gristle, and the sausage skin was tough. We threw the rest out. So, guess who is not getting an order for sausages for a barbeque for 50 ppl in a few weeks time. Looks like we won't ever buy sausages there anymore and I would not recommend them to anyone anymore.
