We waited 20 minuets for drinks when there was clearly more staff than patrons! We observed a patron being served latte coffee and went they complained that they had ordered cappuccino, the coffee was taken back to the bar and in clear view chocolate was sprinkled on the top and served again. I cannot believe customers would be treated like this. There is a serious issue with customer service. We asked twice for our drinks and eventually they were served half way through our meal. In addition there were 6 tables occupied and 3 tables complaining. On any ones standards this was unacceptable service level! Please you have the nice venue now improve the service!

I don't know what people are whinging about, we had a really great experience here. The staff were friendly and were more than happy to help re-arrange seating for the wheelchair in our group.

The food was great, a brand new menu apparently. The selection was good and so was the value. Even the expresso machine coffee we had after our meals was excellent, cafe quality. I definitely recommend bringing your family here, it was fantastic.

I'm writing this while I am eating my meal. My partner and I were disappointed even before the main meals came out. Poor service bad salad bar set the scene for a mediocre dining experience. You can tell this hotel is owned by a large corporation, as there is a sense of poor morale among staff, who showed little interest in delivering good customer service. We should have listened to previous reviews.

We almost cancelled our reservation after reading the poor reviews but our experience was entirely different. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the choice of food was adequate and the prices were reasonable. The children's meals were large, I mean I've seen smaller adult meals, the service was prompt and the presentation good. I'd recommend this family restaurant.

If you enjoy handling "sticky" tables and chairs, interacting with rude and arrogant staff, you're going to love this place!

But wait, there is more! If you're up for a real experience, you can sample their bland, tasteless, sauces. Or their cheaply imported seafood. How about yesterdays precooked chips served with your very average steak, or seafood? All this while also observing, "Does anyoneclean anything in this establishment?"

If you choose to participate in their bar promotions by purchasing a certain beer, you will be rewarded with a free hat! Caution must be taken, however, not to don your freebie on the premises, this will invoke one or more staff member tersely asking you to remove it, immediately, for no apparent reason.

Upon reflection, I pondered in this particular case it may have been the "shady" company my wife and I were mixing with on that day. Next time we will leave our 83 year old father at home.

Ever since this place was sold to coles, it has gone down hill. The staff are cocky and unfriendly, they really couldn't care less as they are happy to smile at their peers but remove that for the customers. The food is average to say the least and boring. Ever since the place was re built they have never change anything about the salad and veg bar, you would think that they could try something different rather than putting all the left over veg into one and adding cheese and re heating it!
