We waited an hour for our pizza, even though we were the only people in the restaurant, because they lost our order. Then we were charged full price for it!

Absolutely pathetic!

I ordered a pizza delivery from them one night, after being informed that it would take 30-45 minutes I waited 1 and a half hours before calling them to ask where it is. They had forgotten it, so they took the order again.

After another hour some slacker showed up with the pizza. Through the window I watched him tossing/flipping the box up in the air, only to drop it on the ground and, thinking no one saw it, he rang the doorbell and presented the grotty, disfigured pizza. Regrettably, it was about 10pm by then and there was very little alternative so we paid him the money but I assure you we will never buy anything from those incompetent idiots again.

To finish it all off the pizza was different to what I ordered and of pretty poor quality. Do not buy from this 'restaurant' they are absolutely disgraceful and will no-doubt disappoint if you do.
