Probably the worst dining experience I have had whilst visiting Adelaide. Dining with a group, I waited over 45 minutes for a pizza and upon questioning its whereabouts, was told I never ordered it in the first place (!). Then I proceeded to argue with the apparant 'senior staff' over the order and if I had paid for it. Upon realising their mistake they were apologetic, but it was too little too late. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right?". The rest of my group was also displeased with the service and overall quality of the food. We will never eat here again.

I don't like having to go up the counter and ordering, especially when there's a long queue. Why can't waiters/waitresses come to you? (That's good service). Just like most other restaurants.
