Disappointed with staff and management Rude and Arrogant. I recommend that you stay together if you're in a group, our friends were separated from us while we waited in a line up for 1/2 hour, only for management to tell us a Private party was upstairs and you needed a stamp (even though our friends that were separated didn't have one). These days its really dangerous Distill to separate groups of girls like that!

I was surprised to read the previous preview. Distill is an iconic cocktrail lounge and the service is always great. The drinks are second to none and the staff are always courteous and friendly. I had to wait for my drinks to, a good cocktail takes a while to make with fresh produce etc. For the staff to forget about you is rubbish.

Distill has terrible service. I went there with my sister and friend. It was almost empty. My sister started a bar tab after speaking to 2 bar staff. We waited for almost an hour for our drinks while other people were getting served who came after us. Finally we asked and they had forgotten about us! My sister took her card back and we left in disgust.
