Both of the last reviews are spot on, I bought a voucher ($375), that is the only reason I'm returning for my remaining appointments, I have already lost 2 out of my first 4 visits cancelled while I was there. They are argumentative, make the customer feel in the wrong for their stuff ups.

As for value for the deal, it sounded great, but as the saying says if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. I would definitely stay away, or they will take your money and drive you away with any reason they can.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous person...their products are good but the attitude of some of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They make you feel uncomfortable and having to defend yourself if you need to change or make an appointment. Telling you upfront that they will be busy a certain busy times even if you did not even want an urgent appointment I hate complaining but had to give you my view.

Completely unacceptable/unprofessional level of service. Would not recommend this company for any reason. They forget appointments, give the wrong advice and show a total lack of care and comprehension, not to mention how argumentative they are when they make a mistake.

Overall the customer service they provided was abominable. Their attitudes leave a lot to be desired, and it is surprising they are still in operation given some of the conversations I overheard them having with other customers.
