Always a good venue for drinks and food. The beer selection is extensive so it is always fun to try something new. Food is done incredibly well. I recommend the waterzooi - fruit de mer (creamy seafood soup). It's incredibly rich (so wash it down with beer) but those garlic croutons are the best invention. Adds incredible texture and flavour to the meal.

Arrived for dinner and were seated in restaurant section as no tables available in bar section. Consequently had to order from different menu even though all food comes out of same kitchen and we were no further in distance had we in fact sat in bar area. Staff wouldn't budge on this issue so we had to order from other menu even though we had our hearts set on tasting plate from bar menu. Got stung on the beer at $14 a pop and glad we only ordered one each and tried cheaper ones after that. Dreadful service and attitude of waitresses. Disappointing experience and will never return.

The food is really ordinary for the price (apart from the chips), but the beer is fantastic, and it's got a great feel to it.

A group of us went here for our traditional Friday Lunch. Upon seeing the menu we knew this long lunch would be interesting. Mains were between $25-35 but sides were extra, $8 extra. The meals themselves were quite acceptable, however, perhaps, $5 overpriced as they weren't anything really special or overly filling. The lamb and ravioli were quite nice.
Want a Belgian beer? How's $14 for 330mls sound......? Thats what I thought too.
Personally, I won't be back, as I believe you can get same quality food for less in Adelaide City at lunch time, and a dinner with sides.
