    Incredibly long wait when total of 8 people/3 tables there at lunch time;
    Expensive even if the food and service was good;
    Food portions small and not cooked properly which is of concern considering it consisted of seafood;
    Poor organisation;
    Poor presentation;
    No care factor;
    Paying customers appear to be an inconvenience to their day.
