What a great place to enjoy a cold beverage and awesome meal after shopping up a storm. Will definately be back!

Cannot believe this place has such a high rating, must be the location with clientel that are used to not expecting too much, have been twice now walked out the first time due to lack of service and came back for a second try, sunday lunch... busy semi... service bad, tables don't get cleared there is a massive line up just for food and drinks and my poor 7 year old missed out on his ice cream after waiting 15 mins for a scoop and topping, BTW there was plenty staff on and not 1 smile... 1/10.

Went to Redlove late on a Saturday night hoping for a nice place to sit with friends and drink a delicious cocktail. As a cocktail lounge, this place did not deliver. It was full to maybe twice the capacity a lounge should be, though that amount of crowd would be fine for a booze barn/ nightclub like HQ, if that's what you're after, it'd be fine for you. We also hoped that the presence of the pods, etc, would mean it was a good place to sit comfortably and talk, not so, as the size of the crowd meant people were constantly pushing into the pods just in the normal business of walking around, and the music was too loud to talk at all.

As a dark and crowded nightclub playing remixed 80s music, Redlove is just fine. But as an exclusive, luxurious lounge, as they present it, it's useless.
